Yes, an option to print the viewport to file would be useful. I mentioned it here (point 8): A few small features for convenience

Since PrePoMax is gaining such popularity and I am sure many users around the world are now using it at their workplace. Saving images easily is surely a priority for report writing.

Therefore I think that this request needs to be bumped up !

It is easy to do a viewport-to-file feature, but the resolution will be the same as with the print screen (win+shift+s - my preferred method). However, I must find a way to increase the resolution for the other option.
