You have to apply the boundary condition to the rigid body constraint’s reference node instead of the underlying face (since this results in an overconstraint):
However, the remaining two parts are not constrained which will lead to rigid body motions and non-convergence. You could tie the parts for now or apply sufficient minimum BCs to them (depending on what you want to model here).
Also, the mesh needs a significant refinement.
