I had a huge problem with prepomax .
Program works excelent for few days and suddenly stop.
slplit out this fault
Any recent Windows updates ?
Does it happen for any model (even a simple cube) ?
I think the problem is in the geometry you are importing. Did you try any other models?
No. Any model incl. models in program.
Before everything works great.
even cube or ball doesnt works the same
Did you move the program to a folder protected by administrative rights? Try moving the program to the root folder c:\PrePoMax
I moved program to c:\PrePoMax and run it as administator .
Still the same problem when step was loading
Can you check if the working folder is set correctly in the Settings → CalculiX options?
You can also try to download any other version of PrePoMax.

Did you try different locations (like another drive if available, Documents or Program Files, for instance) ?
I change number of processors to 8 . Now works.

And that alone helped ? Interesting. What was the number of processors before (compared to the number of CPUs your PC has) ? Was it too high ?
What number did you use before? Larger than 8?
Before was default 1
Have you tried to change it back to 1 now to see if it causes a problem?

after another actualisation W11 no one version cant loading model
is still present.

This output shows that the .step file you are trying to import is not working for some reason. Nothing more. So it is hard to help.
