When PPM 1.3.2 is opened, “Tools” menu item is inactive. It become active only if a new project is created or an existing model is read. In my opinion it could be a bit confusing for a new PPM user. When she or he runs program for the first time, it usually starts from program configuration. Previously this menu item was active.
That’s right, it would be good to have access to this menu right after opening PrePoMax. It was one of my small requests here (number 2):
Thank you for reminding me of this. I also noticed it but I think I choose this behaviour by desing. I will try to figure out why and then fix it to be more intuitive.
I have enabled the Settings menu when there is no open file in the new version v1.3.3. Everything seems to work as expected. I am closing this topic.
