Difficulty using the query command

When I use the query command normally, not all the points of the mesh I can get a value for. That is to say that I point my cursor on a point and I do not obtain a value all the time. The same goes for faces. Also there seems to be some delay, a few seconds before the value is displayed.

Which version of PrePoMax are you using ? Can you record a video/gif showing this behavior ?

I am in trouble with this: …with Snagit , it is to big…, convert with Vegas, not work, try NCH capture an convert in gif, to big. I continue to work on it…:slight_smile: I’ll get back to you…

Try ScreenToGif, that’s what I used. Works very well for gif recording.

It is very hard to determine what could be wrong. Does it work like that all the time or only occasionally? What happens if you save the model and restart PrePoMax?

The delay between the point selection and the annotation box turning on is intended.

No, if I save and reopen the case, there is no change.
