Unable to mesh an imported geometry

I can’t generate mesh on my model, took too long and seems non-stop. My mesh sizing is 0.001 mm. and my model is a circular bound surface with 0.1 thickness and 1.0 m. diameter. Could anyone help me on this? What is happening? I’m using PrePoMax v2.0.0

0.001 mm is quite dense for 1 m diameter. Did you try with coarser meshes first ?

using milimeter units seem not problem here.

Are you sure ? Look carefully …your model is 1km in size ! … and you want 10mm mesh ?
