I have a model where it seems that tie-constrain is not applying properly )after calculation, I get excesive displacements=. Is it possible to define tie-constraint between a surface and the edge of another surface, being both surfaces perpendiculars? Thank you.

You may need to increase the Position tolerance or use Tied contact instead. Tie constraints may not always work well with shells and other 2D elements. For example: Tie constraint on the edges of 2D elements - Analysis issues - CalculiX (official versions are on www.calculix.de, the official GitHub repository is at https://github.com/Dhondtguido/CalculiX).
