Hi All
Can I simulate a Solar Collector, shown in the photo?
Can PrePoMax do this?

The cold air passes from bottom to top, on the top the air is hot.
The pipes are in ALluminium.

I have built this device using Coca Cola cans.
I don’t need a detailed simulation, but a very general simulation.
Also, i can simulate the Sun with a normal point of energy, without Radiation.

Without coupling with CFD (which you could perform using OpenFOAM) it’s only possible to model the air like a solid and account for conduction in it. Or you can use convection load but it’s also only a rough approximation. Normally it should be simulated with airflow included - using CFD with heat transfer.
