Is there the possibility to simulate “PEM fuel cells”
with PrePoMax ?

Only heat transfer and thermomechanical problems. CalculiX also has some electromagnetic analysis capabilities but they are rather basic. Elmer allows for more in this regard. And there’s no electrochemical stuff at all in CalculiX.

Btw. even in Abaqus electrochemical analysis procedures meant for batteries appeared very recently.
