Since v2.6.0 or so, there some “MeshBatch” folders appearing in the working directory. They only contain a folder named 0000 that appears to be empty.
What are those folders? Can we delete them? Can we prevent them from appearing?
I guess that you are actually using v2.6.2 dev version. That’s when a new QuadWild mesher was introduced and may generate some extra files: A new developer/preview PrePoMax version v2.6.2 has been released - #17 by FEAnalyst
They mostly disappear after meshing and should be safe to delete afterwards.

Ok, I see that they appear for Netgen and Gmsh in v2.6.0 as well. But they normally disappear after successful meshing.
They are old meshing folders where the meshing failed. You can delete all of them. I will look into solving it.
