It can be meshed without much trouble, but meshing parameters should be specified to get a good mesh:

I switched to first order just to reduce the file size for upload.

However, you should consider removing some small details or at least adding local refinement to them:

Yes, it’s called Local Mesh Size in the recent versions. But any details that aren’t absolutely necessary for the analysis (such as small cutouts, fillets and chamfers) should be removed. PrePoMax has the Defeaturing tool for that or it can be done in CAD software.

Missing section means that you have to create a material and assign it to your part via a section.

You just need to change the settings (material properties, rotational speed and so on) and reenable second-order elements.
