Seems that something has changed in latest version, because the extruded mesh option no longer works.
You are right. A file went missing from the compiled version. I will fix it and release a 2.0.11 version soon.

I have fixed the problem. Version 2.0.10 contained gmsh 4.11 instead of 4.12. It is fixed in version 2.0.11.
