Did you try to change the solver? Maybe the model is too large for one specific solver to handle.
This is some other issue I think. It seems the analysis was completed but while opening the results file an error occurred due to a memory issue. Is there a possibility to share this .frd file so I can check what is wrong?

Yes, it it is possible. Use some cloud base storage as Wetransfer if the file is to big.
