Would be very usefull if a cursor line showing the actual increment could be added to the X/Y plots, or even better that this cursor be draggeable (so when the user drag the cursor the increment in the result windows is also updated).
Yeah, would love also to have the plot window atached to the main window in Prepomax. Sometimes is usefull to have multiple viewports (linked) as Abaqus or Paraview. In this case the plot should be load against displacement, and then the x values would be negatives and the plot would match the one that we get if we test the part in a dynamometer. In the past when I had configurated all the windows and plots in Abaqus I called the “virtual dyno setup”.
Multiple viewports could be helpful, also to compare results from different analyses. Their docking would be great too, floating windows are mostly useful for multiple monitors. But multiple viewports can be a bit tricky to implement, I guess. FreeCAD also has them and they sometimes lead to crashes. In ParaView, there’s Comparative View Inspector, but I think I only used it once for an article about that software.
