Hi, Prepomax failed to mesh geometry. There is warning:
“NOT ALL FACES HAVE BEEN MESHED”
“SURFACE MESHING ERROR OCCURED…:”
“Face 3”
How can I find Face 3 in my model easily?
The OPs part is not meshed yet so it will look more like this:
When it comes to the issue with meshing, you may have to reduce the element size if there are some small faces/edges in your model. If significant mesh size reductions don’t help, you may have to modify the geometry before exporting it from your CAD software. Some simplifications are often needed before performing the analysis.
