Would it be possible to include reaction force results at fixed boundary conditions - perhaps values (x, y, z coordinates & total combined) in a table and perhaps also a visual vector on the actual model.
This may be useful when you need to verify the reaction forces at each boundary.

It’s already possible:
Contours of reaction forces are available by default. For tabulated results, you have to create a history output request.
From version 1.3.2 you can also use the Tools->Query->Surface annotation to get the sum of all nodal values.
And history outputs can also be created from the field outputs by double-clicking the History outputs branch in the results tree.

Well, that would indeed require some more work. Maybe this could be added once the section output is included in PrePoMax.
