Multi-scale modeling for Lattices structures (Homogenization)

Hello,

I was wondering if homogenization (multi-scale modeling) is possible, or planned, with Calculix solver and prePoMax ?

My intent is to model (macro) lattices structures (TPMS, etc) for structural analysis with Calculix, using equivalent material properties (using micro-structure RVE model).

You can find RVE example made in CalculiX here: CalculiX-Examples/RVE/Periodic at master · calculix/CalculiX-Examples · GitHub but there’s no homogenization yet. You would need more manual approach or custom script. You could look for some existing codes too. For example: Emin Emre Özdilek / HomPy · GitLab
