Meshing error in Pre-tension - Bolt

Hi all,

I am learning PPM using PPM 2.4.0. Recently i tried to re-create the demo of Pre-tension - Bolt PrePoMax & CalculiX - Pre-tension - Bolt however i cannot get pass from meshing. it always showed meshing error though i tried to adjust the PPM 2.4.0 setting to the tutorial, i.e. turning off second order. is there something changing from the tutorial, e.g. the stp file?

Indeed meshers report intersections of some surfaces. Try meshing only the bolt segments for now, then you can connect the plates to them via tie constraints.

It seems something is different, but I will have to find the problem.
