Feedback and Testing

Hi all, I have gone a bit crazy with my buddy Claude and accidentally developed a engineering suite that is intended to do more or less everything PrePoMax doesn’t do (other than non-linear explicit postprocessing which uses Paraview). (this all took less than a week!)

For real use PrePoMax should be used for building the actual inp files although there is some basic linear analysis capability build in.

This runs in a web browser window with a local host and makes heavy use of OpenCascade

I am no programmer but I have used a lot of CAD and FEA software over the years and have a good idea of how I would like it to work.

For analysis there are some really useful tools to clean and partition models similar to ABAQUS CAE which is something I have really missed.

It also includes my non-linear explicit interface for OpenRadioss (now OpenCourant) that makes using it much more viable.

I added 1D-2D elements that run directly in Calculix again, a basic thing that I find useful and isn’t in Prepomax yet.

The interface is intuitive to for me. Unlike Freecad it uses a more or less standard workflow based on 25 years of using every commercial CAD and a good number of FEA programs.

This is totally AI generated and very much beta but I would love some feedback.
Also suggestions on how I should setup my github would helpful.

Extra points for the first person to tell me which cultural reference Shiny comes from

Since it’s an independent tool, it might be best to announce it here: https://calculix.discourse.group/

Maybe also here: https://forum.freecad.org/viewforum.php?f=18
