Prepomax crashes in analisys and before crashing shown error shown below
This is caused by a lack of ram in my pc?
I have calculated same model before but with orce from mass points applied at other points (instead of being applied to the surface in the acting model, it is applied to the whole part)
Assuming that you are on Windows platform, open your Task Manager (CTRL + ALT + DELETE) and go to Performance Tab to see if you are running out of memory while the analysis is running.
I think it is a memory issue. Some Calculix errors output an enormous amount of data, and the string builder I use is not able to cope with that.
However, I made some improvements in the new PrePoMax version. Which version are you using?

@arnie while analisys is running usage of memory don’t exceed 30gb (i have 32 gb installed)
@Matej I’m using 2.2.0 verision, Later today i will chack that did i have same issue with latest version.
It’s close, but not running out of memory then.
Check also the reading & writing usage of your HDD/SSD drive while analysis is running. Reason being that if the analysis runs out of memory it then resorts to using your HDD/SSD to store and read data for the calcs.
I’ve checked that analisys at 2.3.0 version and now it go through calculations but killed due zero coeficcient - I think i have to check model
And also checked ram usage at 2.3.0 maximum usage by software was 18gb (25/32 gb overall)
