Error message when "Checking in" materials to material library

Hello there,

When “checking in” a new (or updated) material to the material library i noticed that if no category is selected when clicking if produces the following error. My suggestion would be to change this to something more non-developer user friendly, like “Please select a category for the material to be added”, or something.

The error message was changed to a user-friendlier reminder to select a library category. The behaviour of the Delete library material button was modified to always select another existing material after one material is deleted.
