Differences when running PrePoMax Vs Calculix Solver independently

Hi All - I have been using PrePoMax and love it, however recently we have created a python script API to talk to Calculix. The solver takes say a pressure value and then automatically produces time steps, EG if u have a metal plate with pressure Y it will solve and give you say 7 time steps and the last one represents the maximum pressure Y. I am ttying to repeat this in PrePoMax because when I do a static steps up to pressure Y the outputs are not the same. Can anyone help, please ?

You could use fixed (direct) incrementation and proper output frequency to match this procedure. Or use multiple analysis steps.
