A developer/preview PrePoMax version v1.5.2 has been released

The new version implements suppression-only support using GAP elements.

First, a Compression-only constraint must be defined:

Then, in the step properties, the Nlgeom must be turned on (gap elements without the Nlgeom behave as spring elements, and such elements can be used for testing).

After opening the results (if the non-linear analysis is successful), the GAP elements will be merged into one part called Gap_elements and can be used to investigate possible errors. In my tests, the stress field in parabolic finite elements connected to compressed GAP elements is questionable. I recommend using finer linear elements if this is important.
