TIE Constraint Creation

Dear Forum,

I would like to add a constraint so that the horizontal sheet does not “peel away” from T-shape. I see that PrePoMax has some contraint features. I am specifically interested in the TIE constraint. I am trying to select two SURFACES or PARTS (one surface on sheet and one surface on T), but I cannot seem to select acceptable entities. I get the error shown below.

So how do I apply this constraint?

Click “Master region type: Selection” and pick one surface/edge, then click “Slave region type: Selection” below and pick another surface/edge. Tie constraint needs a pair of surfaces or edges where one is master and one is slave. The former should have a coarser mesh.
