I have a turbine blade for natural vibration simulation. I used photogrammetry software 3DF Zephyr to get a 3D model. Then I used Prepomax for modal analysis. I find the displacements strange. Turbine blade is 233 mm long and displacement ist as much as part. How does it look? Thank you for any help.

Displacement values in natural frequency analysis are not physical, those are only relative quantities (to let you see which part will deform more). Instead of them, you should check the mode shapes and natural frequencies. But also make sure that boundary conditions are correctly defined since that’s crucial for this kind of analysis.
