I am currently thinking of getting an old dual CPU processor server like the proliant series and I am wondering if I could use it for prepomax. I mean the quick answer for me was no because I plan to use a Linux OS. But is there anyone running prepomax with calculix running on a remote server? Can it be faster than your own desktop? Does it handle more ram. Why did you decide to do that and what hurdles did you have to jump to get it to work?
