Rotational Displacement does not move part

I’m trying to sim a flexure mount that will snap onto a DIN rail. Need a 6 degree rotation as below, but when I put it in the displacement it does not move. Anyone know how to do this? If I add a xyz displacement it does show up in the simulation, but not the rotation.

The DIN rail is fixed on bottom surface and contact pairs defined.

I’m also interested in figuring out how to assign different materials to the two models. Any advice?
I am unable to upload the pmx file as I am a new user.

Rotations can’t be constrained/prescribed directly in this case, because nodes of solid (2D and 3D) elements don’t have rotational degrees of freedom. So define a reference point in the center of rotation, then assign a rigid body constraint to connect it with the selected region of the model. Finally, apply the rotational displacement BC to that reference point.

Materials are assigned via sections (e.g. solid section). To assign two different materials, create two (solid) sections and apply them to separate regions of the model.
