Pressure mapping from OpenFOAM has issues in 1.4 release

Not sure if this is a bug report or just a change in how PrePoMax handles mapping loads.

In mapping pressure results from OpenFOAM, when I try to generate or preview a field, I get a divide by zero message. In 1.3.5.1 this would work with no issues. I noticed the incompatible versions message when I opened the old file and checked the model, nothing seemed amiss.

Indeed, there were some changes regarding the imported pressure load. Try creating a new model and defining it from scratch in v1.4.0. It should work properly.

In the next week I will not be able to look at the problem but I would be happy if you could share the .pmx file.
