Perturbation parameter has propagate

Hi,

I have create a new step when having a previous Buckling step and the perturbation parameter has propagate too giving an incompatibility error.

Not sure if that’s intentional.

*Step, Perturbation, Nlgeom, Inc=200
*Static, Solver=Pardiso
0.1, 1, 1E-05, 0.1


 *ERROR reading *STEP: PERTURBATION and NLGEOM
        are mutually exclusive; 
 *ERROR reading *STEP. Card image:
        *STEP,PERTURBATION,NLGEOM,INC=200

I can confirm this bug. If you don’t enable Nlgeom in the second (static) step, it runs without errors, but the *STEP, PERTURBATION keyword is still there for the second step.

I have fixed the problem and will release a new developer version.
