Meshing hexahedral element of tube intersection

hi, i tried meshing of tube intersection with transfinite options, Straight and large tubes successfully generate hexahedral element, but two smaller tube is not. Trying another approach by sweep did not succeed also. I’m not sure the problem is in CAD files or still a limitation, since seeing YouTube demonstration of solid transfinite mesh seems to be capable. Thank you.

attached PMX files and some screenshot,

The surfaces are four-sided, but some edges are divided several times. The edges must not be split.

I wonder if this error message isn’t a bit misleading. From what I know, it’s only necessary for the faces to have 3 or 4 edges to be meshable with the transfinite algorithm. Or is it more restrictive ?

probably riight, the problem is in geometry files i’m not took concern due to error message shown. Unfortunately, it can not be fixed with CAD Builder i used (library OpenCascade v7.5.3) even fuse face operation done at early steps, still few edges at intersection split by two.

The error should indeed say 3-sided and 4-sided faces. I will fix that and check other similar messages.
