How to set up a forced vibration excitation curve on the model?

I would like to simulate a model under forced vibration (if it’s posible) with this software I’ve started to use. I’m interested in using several excitation curve, such as: time & amplitude, frequency & amplitude, frequency & PSD. For random and harmonic cases.

Thanks in advanced

Dynamic analysis procedures other than natural frequency extraction are not yet supported. However, you could do the initial setup in PrePoMax, export the input file, make the necessary keyword changes manually, submit the analysis using standalone CalculiX and postprocess it in GraphiX for example. The following dynamic analysis steps are supported in CalculiX:

  • linear
    • transient modal dynamics
    • steady state dynamics
      • harmonic periodic loading
      • non-harmonic periodic loading
  • nonlinear
    • implicit
    • explicit

Thank you sir, I’ll check some videos about cálculix standAlone.

Have a look at this example: CalculiX-Examples/Dynamics/Discrete at master · calculix/CalculiX-Examples · GitHub

Thank you prof. I’m checking it out … i need deep into cálculix.
