to replace node with other node for flow correction
Can you explain more about what you want to achieve ? Some screenshots would help too. Is it about correcting mesh references of analysis features after remeshing ?
Hand manipulation of nodes is not possible in PrePoMax.

From what I know, Salome-Meca can do it.

Salome have both CAD and CAE feature, it has long journey (2000s) in development, many contributors thus make it heavy, large and complex. Also specifically developed for Code_Aster user to be integrated in Meca. Further mesh modification manually is available, remove extra edge in geometry also.
However, mesh result from Salome can still be imported in PrePoMax with CalculiX as solver. Usually i’m using UNV format, so data of node, element and group become readable and easy to manage.
