Error while generating result animation

Hello,

I am getting this error while generating animation of my results.

I have used version 2.3 for performing simulation. I also tried the version 2.3.5 dev, but the error remains same. It only occurs if I try to generate animation, otherwise I can open and see my results

Can you try to save the animation as images? Maybe some video codecs are missing.

I tried but got the same error.

I tried to generate the animation once again at default settings, and surprisingly it works. My problem has been solved automatically.
