Thanks sir , After trying that also i gives same error
Did you rerun the analysis after making this change ? It should work then.
Yes, sir. Even after rerunning the analysis with the change, the error remains same.
Strange. Can you open this .frd file (unpack it first) using File â Open ?
Analysis-1.zip (251.5 KB)
It was obtained with that setting and opens normally for me in v2.3.0.
I am unable to understand the information in that file, sir. Could you please explain why the error occurred?
Thatâs the file with results of your simulation that you can open in PrePoMax for postprocessing.
The error occurs because PrePoMax currently doesnât have full support for beam elements. They canât be defined in GUI and apparently not all their types are recognized when reading CalculiXâs results. As a workaround, I suggested setting output to 3D so that beams (and shells) are shown in their expanded solid form.
Sir, could you please share the PrePoMax file that you ran?
Sure, hereâs the file with that one change made and results from rerun included:
One Rivet in between two plates_01_mod.pmx (617.9 KB)
Thanks, sir. My FE analysis ran without any errors, and I got the results as expected.
