Can anybody tell me how to open it in Prepomax :
"failed nodes are stored in file
ha064_OBL2_WarnNodeMissTiedContact.nam
This file can be loaded into
an active cgx-session by typing
read ha064_OBL2_WarnNodeMissTiedContact.nam inp "
Why not trying to load those files as includes on your main input file?
I would also like to know the answer to the original post. Is there any issue with the read function as the node set fails to be created? If I File/Import the GUI seems to behave properly, i.e. no errors. I then get the following in the dialog box.

But no new node set gets created. The input file looks like this: (Which seems reasonable.)

This file should automatically be loaded in PrePoMax when clicking the Results button in the Monitor window. You can find the nodes in the Results Node Sets:
