Question about problem

I’m a little new to FEA problems, and still learning, and I have one structural problem:

Bracket made from S235 steel is attached to lamp post with 4 threaded rods. I choosed 4 holes as fixed points.

On the bracket there are 3 LED lamps attached each weighting 25kg. As they are mounted with threaded rods and nuts onto the bracket I selected holes as rigid body faces and connected with refference points simulating CoG of the LED lamp.
Is this appropriate way of connecting remote load to the fixing hole by selecting rigid body ?
How should I connect two holes on opposite side of bracket to simulate bolted joint effect (using spring elements for example in other softwares) ?

jusr quick look of the problem but real case photo seems too small and unclear, maybe each rigid surface needs to define for two bolt holes. Attaching only one surface at top bolt can lead to excessive deformation and stress.

Yes, you can simulate remote load this way. When it comes to bolts, check older threads on this forum, there are several examples of simplified approach with beam elements connected to the model via rigid body constraints.
