I have question
when I set bi- linear material with elastic up to 900 MPa and infinite plasticity when stresses exeed this limits then I should get stres plots not exceed 900 MPa wit enlarged plastic area ? mI right ?

Perfectly plastic ? The stress is likely to exceed yield stress in the results to due nodal extrapolation and averaging of the stresses from the integration points. There’s even a script for ccx results to account for that: Load variation in non-linear material problem - #13 by mkraska
since for elastoplastic material with yield limit 900MPa I get 1086 MPa HVM stresses ( on bolt flange round) is it ok ?
Depends on the mesh. But you can check the integration point values (they don’t have this effect) using History output → Element output or the script mentioned above.
