How can I fix this error?

Hello everyone,

I am doing powder compaction forming by PrePoMax. I get this error when I define a rigid body constraint in my simulation. Does anyone know how I can fix this problem? (Please see the attached figure)

Are you using shell or 2D elements ? Currently, they don’t work with rigid bodies in explicit dynamics: Rigid body constraint doesn't work with shell, axisymmetric and plane stress/strain elements in explicit dynamics · Issue #59 · Dhondtguido/CalculiX · GitHub

Yes, I am using a shell part.

Then I would replace it with a single layer of a solid mesh. Shells in CalculiX are expanded to solids anyway.
