In a stamping bending analysis, if you set the yield stress vs plastic strain values below in a nonlinear environment for aluminum 1050, the mesh will explode during the calculation.

Stress(MPa) | Strain(/)

30 | 0

60 | 0.01

90 | 0.02

100 | 0.05

110 | 0.1

120 | 0.2

Type: Liner

Contact stiffness coefficient (K): 15000 N/mm³

σ infinity: 1 MPa

Co: Default (0.001)

Note: K should be set to about 5000N/mm³, but with this setting, the punch and die overlap with the material too much and the analysis could not be performed correctly.
