Is it inculded in latest version (1.4.1 from 17 October ) ?

No, this is not yet supported. It was only what I was suggesting at that time.

It is hard to say. Currently, I am working on the implementation of the hexahedral meshes. I will take a look at how much time such functionality would require to be developed.
