Hi,

Is it possible to model a cable going over a pully 90° with two forces applied to the ends. the element needs to to have tension + bending stiffness and can have frictional contact with the pully similar to Cable280 in ANSYS.

Check this thread: [Rigid Body settings in case of contact shell-solid](https://prepomax.discourse.group/t/rigid-body-settings-in-case-of-contact-shell-solid/1570)

There are no dedicated element types for that, but you could use regular shell elements in contact with the pulley or even a layer of solid elements to avoid convergence issues.
