This error shows up because you added the section manually via keywords and it checks for the assignment in GUI (model tree). It should run if you click OK. ---

To prevent that warning, you could add a dummy section property to all elements in the GUI - before the user-defined keywords. The section properties are overwritten when multiple are defined for the same region.
