I can import STL files but can’t generate a mesh. It was working fine until now, but after my PC froze once and I had to reboot, it suddenly started doing this. What could be the cause? PrePoMax v.2.0.7 Thank you in advance for your assistance. ---

I receive the same error regardless of which model I import, so the model I sent also encounters an error during the STEP file import. Additionally, I redownloaded PrePoMax, but it did not resolve the issue. ---

I was able to import. It seems that the permissions changed somehow. I understand now. Thank you for your assistance. ---

After reassigning permissions to the folder, the STEP file now opens without any issues.
