# Hide elements when viewing results

would be useful to be able to select and hide elements when viewing the results without having to define sets and rerun

Currently, only parts can be used to hide/show elements. How do sets and re-running the analysis help you now?

Yes, it’s even mentioned in the documentation:

> Convert to Part - part created this way can be deleted to remove selected elements from the model

Can this be done after the analysis is completed?  
I didn’t see a way to do this on the results unless the parts were in the model initially.

If you convert a set to a part, you can rerun the analysis so that it’s solved with that part included.

No, but adding it might be a good and simple solution.
