# Error when the same model is opened on another computer - V2.2.0

Error when the same model is opened on another computer - V2.2.0

I get the following error when I try to open a .pmx file on another computer. Both computers are running v2.2.0. The model does no open and I get an error message.

11/18/24 08:20:25 Warning: The opened file is from an incompatible version: PrePoMax v2.2.0  
11/18/24 08:20:25 Some items might not be loaded correctly. Check the model.

This is very strange. If both versions are exactly the same, there should be no problem. Can you share the .pmx file?

MAybe you still have an old version on the computer and it is opening the file with it. Do you double click the file or do you open prepomax and search for the file to open?

The reason for this is the second computer is running v2.0.0 which is a previous version. The problem goes away when both computers run v2.2.0. Sorry, my mistake.
