This is a warning, not an error, so it doesn’t prevent the analysis from running to completion. It only means that some nodes were not connected by a tie constraint because they are too far from each other (position tolerance), too coarsely meshed or not facing each other.

For me, the analysis runs to completion:

But considering the warnings and general best practices, you should check the connections using a frequency analysis. Also, have a look at the regions where the nodes listed in the warning messages are located and see if they look good. PrePoMax lets you highlight the aforementioned `WarnNodeMissTiedContact` node set:

The model is really large so you should isolate and focus on individual areas.

I have checked the frequency response no part is being sperated. How do I isolate and focus on individual areas

I mean looking at individual connections to see if they are realized properly. Since the model is so large, you may need to remove other parts or make them rigid if reruns take too long.

But if frequency analysis is ok then it should be fine, just make sure no elements are unnecessarily stretched or disconnected where they should be attached.

It might be also good to do such checks with 2D output:

It’s only shown in the Results tab when you open the results of a submitted analysis.

Check the areas with nodes highlighted in red - just make sure that the elements there have good shapes and some surfaces/edges aren’t detaching partially.

If it’s ok, have a look at the stress concentrations, starting from the one where the Max label points. You may need to use shell section offset to get more accurate results in regions with material overlap.

i’m not yet to download and view the models since file size is big, but usually tie constraint need to set distance tolerance to be large enough and some screenshot shown not.

Yes, I told the OP about the importance of position tolerance (and disabling adjustment). The model is indeed complex and should be carefully checked, but most connections seem to be working fine and it’s just a matter of making small improvements such as applying shell section offsets in some regions.

This may mean that the file is corrupted. But you could try adding new Analysis and running it.
