# Ccx2.20\_ssd\_fix

Hello  
I have downloaded the v1.4.0 version of PrePoMax.  
What is the difference betwee the the ccx\_static.exe in the folder **Solver** and that in the folder **ccx2.20\_ssd\_fix**

There is a serious issue regarding SSD analyses in CalculiX 0.20: [Steady state dynamics randomly terminates without error - CalculiX](https://calculix.discourse.group/t/steady-state-dynamics-randomly-terminates-without-error/1279)

Fortunately, it should be fixed in the next release and is already fixed in a build posted in that thread on the CalculiX forum.
